Qualcomm, LTIMindtree, IBM and S&P Capital IQ have collectively leased over 8.7 lakh sq ft of office space in Hyderabad, Moneycontrol reported. Qualcomm will pay a monthly rent of ₹3.15 crore, while IBM's monthly rent is ₹70.23 lakh. Monthly rent for S&P Capital IQ and LTIMindtree stands at ₹1.77 crore and ₹89.18 lakh, respectively.
