Quality Power Electrical Equipment signed a term sheet to acquire 100% of Winwin Speciality Insulators for an enterprise value of approximately ₹315 crore. The acquisition will add ceramic insulator manufacturing capacity of 18,000 MT per annum and high-voltage capabilities up to 1,200 kV. FIIs increased their stake to 2.28% in March 2026.
