Swedish authorities have approved a Quran-burning demonstration outside a mosque in Stockholm. A series of protests in Sweden against Islam have heightened tensions with Turkey, whose backing Sweden needs to gain entry to NATO. The Swedish police rejected several recent applications for anti-Quran demonstrations, however, the country's courts have overruled those decisions.
