Tesla has responded to the racial discrimination lawsuit filed by a former employee, Marcus Vaughn, by calling it a 'Hotbed of Misinformation'. The suit claimed that Tesla didn't investigate a complaint by Vaughn stating he was called the "n-word" by managers and co-workers. However, Tesla has claimed it held an investigation several months ago and also fired three individuals.
