The Centre has told the Supreme Court that some documents pertaining to purchase of Rafale jets were stolen from Defence Ministry. It alleged 'The Hindu' committed an offence under Official Secrets Act by publishing details from confidential documents about the deal. The apex court was hearing petitions seeking a review of its verdict dismissing the need for a CBI inquiry.
