Raghav Bahl and his wife Ritu Kapur, who are the Co-founders of Quintillion Media, can travel abroad next month as Delhi High Court has temporarily suspended the look out circular issued against them. The court was informed that they've to travel to London and New York for "business meetings". The media entrepreneurs are being probed in a money laundering case.
