A Delhi court said AAP MP Raghav Chadha has no vested right to continue to occupy the Type-7 bungalow in Delhi after its allotment was cancelled by Rajya Sabha Secretariat. Chadha had approached Patiala House Court and got a stay order in April. A bungalow in this category is usually meant for MPs who're former Union Ministers, Governors or CMs.
