AAP MP Raghav Chadha has moved the Delhi High Court against a trial court's order to evict him from a government bungalow after Rajya Sabha Secretariat's decision to cancel its allotment to him. Earlier, the trial court had ruled that Chadha had no right to continue to occupy the bungalow, following which, Chadha had called the move "unprecedented".
