A 60-year-old ragpicker in Tamil Nadu bought a piece of land for ₹10 lakh to install his own 5-feet tall statue on which he spent ₹1 lakh. The man named Nallathambi earlier used to work as a mason and left his home around 20 years ago after a domestic dispute. On Sunday, he installed the statue on his own land.
