Former PM Manmohan Singh and Congress President Rahul Gandhi cut a cake at the party's headquarters on the occasion of Congress Foundation Day on Friday. Rahul, along with other leaders, also hoisted the Tricolour. Congress tweeted, "Over the last 134 years...we have stood for justice, equality, non-violence, unity, freedom and, above all, dialogue."
