Union Minister Piyush Goyal on Thursday said that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi defies and disrespects every democratic institution, whether it is the Parliament or the judiciary. He added that Rahul should come out of his dynastic mindset and realise that no individual is bigger than the country. Gandhi was convicted in the 2019 defamation case over the 'Modi surname' remark.
