Union Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Shobha Karandlaje said Congress MP Rahul Gandhi can never attain the stature of PM Narendra Modi. "Rahul shows only his physical fitness. Can he lead the country?" Shobha asked. She added that the people of India will decide whether Rahul has the mental fitness to rule the country.
