Karnataka Deputy CM DK Shivakumar today lauded Rahul Gandhi as the lucky charm of the Congress party. Speaking at the Prajadvani Yatra 2 in Mandya, he said, as part of Bharat Jodo Yatra, Rahul walked from Chamarajanagar to Raichur. Congress party won all the seats enroute the yatra in Karnataka. He is a lucky charm for the Party, Shivakumar said.
