Reacting to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi asking External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar about how many aircraft India lost during conflict with Pakistan, Defence Expert Dhruv Katoch said Rahul is misinformed. "Rahul Gandhi is being very irresponsible when asking about losses and casualties. What he should ask is if targets designated to the Indian military were destroyed or not," he stated.
