Congress leader Rahul Gandhi told Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah to look beyond the state and focus on national picture amid reports of power tussle, as per a report. Gandhi reportedly told Siddaramaiah that any decision must now be made with 2028 Assembly election and 2029 Lok Sabha election in mind. Congress high command has reportedly offered Siddaramaiah a Rajya Sabha seat.
