BJP spokesperson Pradeep Bhandari alleged that Rahul Gandhi was caught using his phone "when the whole country was celebrating the might of the BrahMos missile" at the Republic Day parade on Kartavya Path. "To deflect from getting exposed, Congress is playing games over which row Rahul Gandhi sat in," he added. Bhandari called Gandhi an "insincere politician".
