BJP leader Manoj Tiwari called Congress' Rahul Gandhi a 'Vote Jihadi', saying he is working to convert illegal intruders in India into voters. "An illegal intruder is enemy for everyone, regardless of whether they are Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Buddhist, Jain, or Parsi," he added. Tiwari's statement comes as Gandhi opposed Special Intensive Revision (SIR) by Election Commission in Bihar.
