Railways is set to launch 'Clean My Coach' where passengers can file a complaint, using their PNR number, to get their coaches cleaned. The attendant on the train will receive an SMS and the complaint will be attended within 15 minutes. The app has been tested in Central Railways and the service will be extended to all zonal Railways.
