First-time MLA Bhajan Lal Sharma, who took oath as Rajasthan Chief Minister on Friday, said strict security arrangements must be made for women in public places. He announced forming of SIT to probe paper leaks and formation of Anti-Gangster Task Force to control organised crime. Monitoring committee will be formed to ensure Centre's schemes' benefits reach every person, he added.
