Meghalaya Police has said that Indore businessman Raja Raghuvanshi was killed in the fourth attempt by the accused. East Khasi Hills SP Vivek Syiem said that the first attempt was made in Guwahati, followed by two failed plots in Sohra, before Raja was ultimately killed at Weisawdong. According to police, Raja's wife Sonam conspired with her boyfriend to kill him.
