In another such incident in a week, a woman was allegedly beaten up by her husband and paraded half-naked in a market area in Sikar district of Rajasthan on Sunday. The victim registered an FIR after which her drunkard husband, Kesar Singh (47) was arrested. A case under various sections of the IPC has been registered against the accused.
