Rajasthan Governor Kalraj Mishra has returned the proposal to convene the Assembly session from July 31 to Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. The Governor has not given the approval for the session yet, said ANI. On Tuesday, the state government had sent a revised proposal to the Governor seeking Assembly session from July 31.
