Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot on Saturday launched Ayushman Bharat-Mahatma Gandhi Rajasthan Swasthya Bima Yojana to provide free treatment in government and private hospitals to the poor. This is aimed to benefit 1.10 crore families and they'll be able to get free treatment of up to ₹5 lakh every year. Gehlot said the scheme is estimated to cost ₹1,800 crore annually.
