A 23-year-old woman died after her condition worsened following childbirth at a community health centre in Rajasthan's Banswara. Her family alleged doctors and nursing staff ignored repeated pleas for help and delayed referral. She died while being shifted to the district hospital. Authorities are yet to respond to the allegations.
