Rajeev Shukla has assumed charge as acting BCCI President after Roger Binny stepped down. Binny turned 70 years old on 19 July and became ineligible under the board's age-cap rule. Shukla, who has served as BCCI Vice-President since 2020, will remain interim chief until fresh elections, NDTV reported.
