Fugitve businessman and ex-IPL Chairman Lalit Modi has accused BCCI Vice President Rajeev Shukla of siphoning off cricket money. Lalit said Rajeev is known for corruption in cricket, adding, "That's why he has survived over 20 years at UPCA...He says everyone is in his pockets." Lalit said, "His pockets are unfortunately loaded...loaded...from dallagiri and cricket money he siphons for years."
