Rajiv Jain-led GQG Partners has agreed to pay $500,000 (over ₹4 crore) to US SEC to settle charges linked to whistleblower protection rules. GQG entered into non-disclosure agreements with 12 employees that prohibited disclosure of confidential information even to government agencies, SEC said. GQG also settled with an ex-employee who said they intended to report violations to SEC, it added.
