The Rajkummar Rao starrer 'Newton' will compete against 91 other films in the Foreign Language Film category at Oscars 2018. For the fifth time in the last six years, a record 92 countries have submitted films for consideration for the 90th Academy Awards. Nominations for the awards will be announced on January 23, 2018.
