After the Ram Temple was inaugurated in Ayodhya, Union Minister Anurag Thakur said that Ram 'bhakts' are everywhere in the world and that the temple was successfully built because of the sacrifice of lakhs of devotees. He further said, "One-sixth of the world's population resides in India. Whatever happens in India has a lasting impact on the world."
