A 20-page report by Special Investigation Team (SIT) in Ram Mandir donation theft case stated that theft racket ran for two-three years. It stated that 70 theft incidents occurred during the period. The report found cash handling lapses and added that electronic devices confirm theft. Eight people have been arrested in connection with the matter.
