Ramco Systems reported its first annual profit after four years, with FY26 net profit at ₹42 crore against a ₹34 crore loss in FY25. Revenue rose to ₹701 crore, while operating profit doubled to ₹158 crore. Promoters increased their stake to 55.69%, and the stock has surged 71.15% in the past month.
