Delhi Traffic Police has fined actor Mukesh Rishi ₹100 after a video of him wearing a 'mukut' instead of a helmet, while riding a Harley Davidson near Rashtrapati Bhavan, went viral. The actor was playing the role of Ravana in a Ramlila production in Delhi. Rishi claims he did it intentionally to show that no one is above the law.
