Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone-starrer '83' has been declared tax-free in Delhi. The film, which is based on the Kapil Dev-led Indian cricket team's 1983 World Cup victory, is set to release in theatres on December 24. Ranveer will be portraying Kapil Dev and Deepika will play his wife Romi. The film also stars Pankaj Tripathi and Tahir Raj Bhasin.
