A suspended constable accused of raping a minor in Rajasthan's Dholpur district has been arrested in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh. Police said he was disguised in a burqa and wearing lipstick to appear as a woman when he was detained. According to a report by NDTV, the accused, Rambharose, alias Rajendra Sisodia, allegedly raped a 16-year-old girl on December 15.
