Prajwal Revanna, the rape-accused suspended JD(S) MP from Karnataka and former PM HD Deve Gowda's grandson, on Tuesday lost from the Hassan Lok Sabha seat. Congress candidate Shreyas Patel won against Prajwal by a margin of 42,649 votes. Prajwal returned to India on May 31 and was arrested by SIT at Bengaluru airport.
