Rape case against former MI player Shivalik Sharma filed by his ex-fiancée quashed

The Rajasthan High Court has quashed a rape case filed against former MI player Shivalik Sharma by his ex-fiancée, saying their relationship was consensual. The court said material on record did not show that Sharma's promise to marry was false from the outset. Sharma spent 20 days in judicial custody after his arrest in May 2025 in connection with it.
