In Navi Mumbai, a 26-year-old man with Non-Obstructive Azoospermia, zero sperm, right grade-3 varicocele, and left testicular atrophy achieved a rare recovery. Under Dr Sanish Shringarpure, Urologist & Andrologist he underwent right microscopic varicocelectomy, left orchidectomy, and hormonal therapy. Six months later, his semen showed 26 million sperm along with healthy motility and morphology.
