Bengaluru-based AI chatbot startup Niki.ai has raised nearly ₹4 crore in debt from investors including Livspace Co-founder Ramakant Sharma among others. Founded in 2015 by IIT Kharagpur alumni Sachin Jaiswal, Keshav Prawasi, Nitin Babel and Shishir Modi, Niki.ai helps users order services through chat. It raised an undisclosed amount from Chairman Emeritus of Tata Sons, Ratan Tata, in May 2016.
