Ratnaveer Precision Engineering reported FY26 revenue of ₹1,068.74 crore, up 19.8% YoY, while PAT increased 37.4% to ₹64.31 crore. Q4FY26 PAT rose 59% YoY to ₹17.03 crore. During the quarter, the company allotted 34.31 lakh equity shares through warrant conversion to promoter category investors.
