RattanIndia Enterprises has acquired Micromax Co-founder Rahul Sharma's electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer Revolt Motors for an undisclosed amount. Earlier, the company acquired a 33.8% stake in the EV startup and had an option of increasing its shareholding. Revolt Motors has a manufacturing facility in Haryana and 29 dealerships across the country.
