Twenty-three people, including 3 foreigner women, were arrested after the Goa Police busted a rave party at a villa in Vagator. Police said they seized drugs, including cocaine and MDMA, worth over ₹9 lakh. The raid was conducted after the police received information about the rave party on the intervening night of August 15-16, a senior officer said.
