Bengaluru-based payment gateway service Razorpay Software has received ₹130.15 crore ($18.4 million) funding from its US-based parent entity Razorpay Inc, as per RoC filings. With the investment, Razorpay Inc has picked up 21,94,055 equity shares in Razorpay Software. It had earlier raised $75 million in a Series C round from Ribbit Capital, Sequoia India and Y Combinator, among others.
