The Reserve Bank of India has appointed AK Dixit, former General Manager of Union Bank of India, as the administrator of the Punjab and Maharashtra Co-operative Bank (PMC Bank), with effect from September 23. This comes after JB Bhoria stepped down from the post citing health reasons. Bhoria was appointed as the administrator of the bank in 2019.
