RBI cancels registration of 13 NBFCs, 11 from West Bengal

The RBI cancelled Certificates of Registration of 13 NBFCs, including 11 from West Bengal and 2 from Tamil Nadu, barring them from financial business under Section 45-IA(6) of the RBI Act. Separately, 10 NBFCs surrendered their registrations due to business exit, regulatory reclassification, or cessation of legal existence. Orders were dated September 2026.
