RBI has issued directions to regulate payment aggregators (PAs), which come into effect immediately. Under this, an entity seeking authorisation to commence or carry on PA business must have minimum net-worth of ₹15 crore at the time of tendering application for authorisation. It must attain minimum net-worth of ₹25 crore by end of third financial year of grant of authorisation.
