The RBI has launched a 24x7 helpline for digital payments queries, DigiSaathi. The initiative will help customers address digital payments queries including cards, and the most relevant and appropriate information will be delivered as soon as possible. RBI Governor Shaktikanta Das also launched an instant payment system "UPI 123PAY" for feature phone users.
