The Reserve Bank of India launched 'Mission SAKSHAM' to strengthen urban cooperative banks through training and skill development. Targeting 1.4 lakh participants, including board members and staff, the initiative will offer in-person and e-learning programmes in regional languages to enhance governance, risk management, and operational capabilities.
