The RBI has asked the HDFC Bank to furnish minutes as well as audio and video recordings of the board meetings held on March 17 and 18, Moneycontrol reported. It has also sought similar information about the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC). Reportedly, differences emerged during the NRC that prompted Atanu Chakraborty to resign as chairman of the bank.
