RCB have signed Mayank Agarwal as an injury replacement for Devdutt Padikkal for the remainder of IPL 2025. Padikkal, who played 10 matches for RCB this season, sustained an injury to his right hamstring. Mayank, who joined RCB for ₹1 crore, is returning to the franchise after 12 years, having previously represented it from 2011 to 2013.
