RCB's English pacer Reece Topley has been ruled out of IPL 2023 due to a dislocated shoulder. He suffered the injury during RCB's opening match of the tournament against MI on April 2. Topley was signed for ₹1.9 crore by RCB, having entered December's auction with a base price of ₹75 lakh.
